4th of July

Every year we look forward to going to the parade but this year we got to look for Elden in the parade! He drove an old restored John Deere tractor that he barrowed from a co-worker. He was pretty excited to drive it and Mitchell and Connor thought it was pretty cool to see their daddy in the parade! After the parade we took some pics of Elden and the boys together on the tractor! What a fun day!

Trains, Trains, Trains

On a Cloudy day like today, what more could one do than to play with trains all day? Mitchell and Connor are really into trains lately and finally play nice together. This morning I made a new train track, however it doesn't stay for very long. They spend hours together working on it. I always enjoy hearing Connor do his "Toot Toot"noise!

Having Fun on our Boat

We finally got the chance to go boating after all of the flooding at Red Rock. We went on July 5 in the afternoon! We were so excited to finally get back on the boat again. Mitchell and Connor both enjoy boating. Because the water was so cold, Mitchell just sat on the tube instead of riding. Connor loves to dangle his feet in the water on the back of the boat and throw balls in the water. Hopefully we can get back on the lake again soon!

Just a Little Stuck

Elden was busy spraying a few weeks ago and managed to get it burried... just a little. He was clipping right along and all of a sudden he came to a complete stop and sunk! He was so burried that the mud was to the top of the tire. I couldn't resist taking pics of this! Mitchell and Connor enjoyed watching them get it out. They first tried the big Deere, but that just spun, so they hooked up the CAT to the Deere and drug for quit a while before they finally got the sprayer out. Now, I am not as good as telling this story as Elden is, so if you want to hear a good story and get a good laugh, you'll have to call him yourself!
