Connor's big Goose Egg!!

I don't know if you can see it or not, but Connor has a goose egg on his head. He was standing in our room and the door was closed and Mitchell flew in there a 100 mph and the door knob knocked Connor flat. We thought it would burst open, but thankfully it didn't. He has had a rough day today, this wasn't the first time he got hurt!

Connor's new shades!

I got the boys some new sunglasses. When Mitchell picked out his new sunglasses, Connor wanted some too! Connor was pretty proud of his new sunglasses! We'll see how long they last before they get broke!)

Flying High!

It turned out to be a beautiful afternoon with the sunshine and the warm temperatures. Of course we had the wind along with it. So I thought it was just the right conditions for flying a kite! I asked Mitchell if Mitchell thought it "was a great idea" so we tried it. It didn't take long for the kite to go high in the air! It was a good way to take advantage of this windy day!

Fun in the Fun Factory!

We have had a fun filled week! Since the weather wasn't quite as nice today, we decided
to go to the fun factory with some friends from church. We had a great time playing on the
climbing gym and running that energy out! After spending time there, we went to get some
yummy pizza for lunch! What a Fun Day!

What a Beautiful Day!

Wasn't it nice to finally have a few nice warm day without the coats for once! Our boys absolutely loved playing outside all day long. Here are a few pictures of them having fun. Mitchell has been into riding his new bike (that I got at a garage sale last summer)and Connor is back to his mowing the lawn. They also have been into playing in the sand box again! The pressure is on Daddy to get some new sand for the sandbox for this summer soon!

All my Boys are a snoozing!

After a busy week at play, all of the boys in our home decided to take a break and take a nap. I was the only one awake (obviously) so I decided to take some pictures...Luckily there wasn't too much snoring, only my husband snored !)

My Surprise!

My wonderful husband surprised me in coming home last night at 1AM. I was so excited to see him since I didn't think he would be able to come home till the end of the week! He even brought me some flowers! I was already awake with Mitchell five minutes earlier so I was still awake in bed. When the kitchen light turned on, I just figured it was Mitchell up again, till I saw Elden in our bedroom door way. He kind of scared me since I wasn't expecting him, but was glad to see him! Here's a picture of my awesome flowers!

What a Fun Day!

What more could he want?!

Connor is knocking down the ducks!

We had a GREAT time going to Kid's Fest! We were so excited to go to this especially since this was the first time we wanted to see what it's like. We went with our mother-in-law and Aunt Angie which I was so glad they came as busy as it was to help me keep track of the kiddos! There was so much to do there, I would recommend it to everyone. Veggie Tales, Clifford, and Dora the Explorer was there as well as many games, mazes and big inflatable slides and bounce houses. There was even a playground there to play with! There was lots of people there since it was a rainy day so we had to keep a close eye on the kids. I hope that we can go again next year! The kids loved it and it was fun to see there faces light up with excitement! Here are a few pictures of our fun day!

Elden's paid vacation.. again!

Elden left again on Sunday afternoon to go to Arkansas. He will be gone for probably a week, hoping to get home on Saturday. They are going to start planting on Thursday with about six planters going at once. He was pretty excited to go again. It's right up his alley, farming 18 hours a day and then going to the bunk house and talk farm for another 4 hours with a bunch of farmers. I like to give him grief telling him it's a paid vacation for him. Although he doesn't get much sleep or food, he still has a good time. He always comes home with alot of good stories. If you want to hear a few stories in a way only Elden can tell them, you'll have to give him a call!
