Connor's new room!

After many years of having a nursery themed room, we finally got around to painting Connor's room a more appropriate theme. He is totally into "Cars"and is constantly playing with his cars. So a few years ago I bought the bedspread and curtains but never got around to painting his room. Last week Mitchell and Connor had spring break so my mother-in-law was gracious enough to help me tackle it. It took a a few days, but we finally got her done; five coats of red paint later :) Connor loves his room thankfully and it definetly looks like a little boys room now!

Kindergarten round up

Last week Connor went to Kindergarten round up at the Christian School. He was pretty excited, but his mommy was alittle sad. Hard to believe he's growing up that fast. I know he had a great time and was excited to show me all the stuff he made at school. He was more than ready to go to school. This year they had 15 kids at kindergarten round up, so we are hoping that atleast 10 kids are in his class! Another big class, just what we've been hoping for!

tractor pulls 2012

This year we headed to Kids Fest again, I believe this is the fourth year of going. The kids always have such a great time! This year we had a big group of us going to cheer on the boys! Elden's whole family got to come and my mom came as well! The boys had fun playing on the slides, obsticle course and playing little games! I'd say their favorite was getting their faces painted and doing tractor pulls! They did such a great job! Mitchell got 2nd place and Connor got 1st place for his age group! They are both heading to state! It was so fun watching them pull! They were so proud of their ribbons and we were so proud of them! Great job boys! Thanks to everyone who came to cheer them on! They are very loved little boys!
