Waiting for our turn on the slide!Today we got to go to Kids Fest in Des Moines. We went with Elden's sisters and mom this year. The kids really enjoy going to this and all the proceeds go to a good cause. They have several inflatable activities for the kids to do like a bounce house, slide and optical course. They also had games to play with, tattoos, and even a tractor pull! Mitchell got to do the tractor pull for the first time this year and got third place! We were so excited for him and he was just beaming telling me that "he was a champion"! Way to go Mitchell! What a fun day that we had and hope that next year we can do it again!
